The studios are just a street away from the sea front, so you have the... read more convenience of a close proximity to the sea and restaurants, whilst being just far enough away, to be distanced from any noise of chatter and the occasional live singer. The apartments are well equipped. Everything always works. The hot water always runs hot, the shower has great strength and the soap, toilet rolls etc are always replenished when you need them. There is plenty of clothes storage space too, which I love, no cramped up clothes. The beds are comfortable, firm, but not hard, the crisp cotton sheets are just what the heat requires. The roof terrace is beautiful, we love sitting up there when we aren't on a Our little balcony, looking out at the street. The fridge works well, and we love the little freezer box at the top of it, where we freeze our water bottles before going out of walks. These studios offer us just everything we need The best thing about Niki Studios, however, is the welcome and feeling of belonging which we experience. Katarina is such a wonderful woman, always so positive and helpful and we always see her throughout our stay. So we know that should anything crop up, then she's around to solve it The rooms are cleaned every three days, which.is perfect for us. We can lie in, knowing we wont be disturbed and a full change of bedding and other linen every three days is absolutely ample. The hallways and foyer are always clean too. We love it here.

This was a really wonderful experience for our 21st year in Eresos. Katerina and her mother Niki are gracious and charming hosts. The rooms are spotless and larger than many... read more others. The laundry is changed every few days which is a real luxury after years in rented houses. It’s a really short walk to the restaurants and the beach but being two blocks back is calm and quiet. Thank you Katerina and Niki.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Super location with parking. The people running it are lovely, very accommodating and kind.
